Partnership with International Christian University
As of June 1, 2025, our school has formally concluded a high school–university partnership agreement with International Christian University (ICU). This partnership represents an important step toward further enhancing students’ awareness of their future pathways and their academic curiosity, enabling a smooth transition to university-level studies.
International Christian University upholds liberal arts as its core educational philosophy, placing great importance on allowing each student to discover their own interests and sense of purpose through a broad, interdisciplinary approach. Its educational environment nurtures not only knowledge but also personal growth, fostering international perspectives, multilingual skills, and cross-cultural understanding.
At Kumon Kokusai Gakuen, we have also emphasized education that empowers students to “learn, think, make decisions, and act on their own.” Through acquiring knowledge and engaging in dialogue to understand and accept diverse values, our educational activities have supported students in becoming individuals who can thrive in the global community.
This partnership was made possible through the mutual understanding of our shared educational ideals. Moving forward, we will work in close cooperation with International Christian University to further enrich our global education programs and other educational initiatives.
